Contact: Send an enquiry
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, selected service and message you choose to provide. If you request a free SEO audit, we also collect the website address you give us. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.
Our website may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time and security logs.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to read your request, reply to you, discuss possible work and keep a basic record of the conversation. For a free SEO audit, we also read the publicly available pages of the website you name and email you a written report. We do not add enquiry form users to a marketing mailing list unless they separately ask for that.
Lawful basis
Where you ask about services, we process your details to take steps at your request before entering a possible contract. We also rely on legitimate interests to respond to relevant business enquiries, maintain records and protect the website from spam or misuse.
Where information is stored
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and a notification is sent to our business Gmail account. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Google provides email services. These providers may process information outside the UK using their applicable data-protection safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, protect the site and meet reasonable business or legal requirements. Old enquiries should be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use marketing cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the law allows. Contact us by email. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use HTTPS, server-side validation, rate limiting and restricted access to reduce spam and protect submitted enquiries. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business, website or tools change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
